How to Open a Return & Refund Dispute

If you’ve encountered an issue with an order and would like to request a return, refund, or replacement, follow these simple steps to submit a dispute. Our team is here to ensure a fair and balanced resolution for both customers and sellers.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to your account:
    Log in and navigate to My Account > Customer Dispute Requests.
  2. Create a new request:
    Click on “Add New Request” to begin.
  3. Find your order:
    Enter your Order Reference Number in the search box.
    You’ll see a list of eligible orders. Click on “Detail” next to the relevant order.
  4. Choose the product:
    Select the item you want to dispute from the order details.
  5. Fill in the dispute form:
    • Dispute Type: Choose whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
    • Reason for Dispute: Select from the following options:
      • Quality issue
      • Received a different item
      • Item or part arrived broken/damaged
      • Ordered the wrong item
      • Item not as described
      • Damaged item
      • No longer wanted
    • Additional Information: Use this box to explain your issue further or add any helpful details (e.g., photos, packaging conditions, missing parts).

What Happens Next?

  • Your dispute request will be sent directly to the seller.
  • Our support team will monitor the conversation to ensure the process remains fair.
  • The seller is expected to respond within 7 days. Please be patient and give them reasonable time to reply.

No response from the seller?

If you haven’t heard back within 7 days, our team will step in to assist and help resolve the dispute based on the information you’ve provided.

Want to Close the Dispute?

If you’ve changed your mind or have already resolved the issue with the seller, you can close the dispute at any time.

  • Simply go to your Dispute List, open the details of the dispute, and click “Close Dispute“.
